Harper Law Office

Alex Harper obtained a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. She went on to receive her Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law in 2013. She is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association, the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association, and the Pulaski County Bar Association.

Vic Harper graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law in 1984. He opened Harper Law Office in Star City soon after, and has continued to serve Southeast Arkansas and the surrounding areas for over 30 years. He is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association and the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association.
